It was a sunny day as I walked past and snapped this picture. Bellingham's version of the May Day 2006 Immigration Rally was taking place down below in Maritime Heritage Park. Off to the south is the Georgia Pacific Pulp Mill site, no longer running as a pulp mill. It is now the focus of planning for waterfront Revitalization.
How to creatively plan for, and accommodate, population increase, or try and reduce procreation and slow population increase. Or maybe a little of both.
