As a one time...Burning calories four times faster. As a one time active runner, I can vouch for that, and boy do I wish I didn´t have this damn nueroma in my left foot, because lacking a bike or a health club membership, I feel like I am going a bit stir crazy with unburned spiritual and physical energy in my system. It is risky owning a bike here, and the first health club I looked into was ridiculously expensive: $800 a year!

One nice thing about running is that you felt confident you could outrun criminals, if there were any. Also, no health club fees needed, and you were not really at risk of having your sneakers stolen.

My mother says she will help me find a more affordable health club in order to meet my cardiovascular needs. Ideally, Robert, I wish I could afford an honest-to-goodness stairmaster. Which is to say that if I had it my way, I´d have my stairmaster a few feet in my bedroom, so the first thing I´d do everymorning is roll off my mattress, climb onto my rig and burn, burn, burn before taking a shower and having breakfast. And I would have a health club membership on top of that just to enjoy cute naked guys.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
