Some vegetables can be fr...I have the same problem. Some vegetables can be frozen, I've always got red and geen peppers, pre-sliced, waiting in the freezer for use with chicken, beef or omlettes. Peas, beens and corn freeze well, as does brocolli. Asparagus works if you blanch it first. <br />Lettuce just gets soggy when frozen, so I only have it when I go out to dinner or eat at someone elses house.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
