Early spring snow

An early spring slushy snow came to Bellingham. Snow is rare near the bay, but cool weather often persists late into season. Fourth of Julys with doors shut and furnaces running can happen, but late July through Sept can get pretty dry.

Refreshing chill in air felt during bike ride after heated sauna at YMCA with warm conversation. Bike ride might be too chilly otherwise, unless I get a new jacket.

A pink and white world. Japanese Cherry in the snow.

Hi Robert,

First, Thank you for posting your comments. I appreciate your input.

You are right people do move around. The life of the average mortgage is about 7 years. Once the special mortgage is paid off, let's just say 7 years from now, the real estate market would, I hope, have recovered and the more traditional 30-year mortgage could be had for the next home purchase. This idea is to buy time with time. I think in 7 years, the economy will be out of the present credit crisis, and hopefully we as a nation will be on a more sound foundation as it applies to all forms of credit. Better and more effective regulation is imperative.
