Imagine. What if Pullman's Ferdinand's Ice Cream Bar had stayed in Troy Hall?

During my childhood, dad was a science professor at WSU in Pullman. He taught dairy science and did a lot of research related to the chemistry of milk. His lab and office was in an old building called Troy Hall.

Recently they remodeled Troy and built an atrium on one side. Dairy science has since moved to a different part of campus. Old Troy is now part of the chemistry department.
Back in my childhood days, there was an ice cream shop in Troy called Ferdinand's Bar. It's now moved to a new location on campus. Ferdinand's is famous in Pullman memories. It serves products from the WSU creamery, including the famous Cougar Gold Cheese. I sometimes find Cougar Gold Cheese in Bellingham supermarkets.

Below is Ferdinand's new location near the food science buildings on east part of campus.
If Ferdinand's were still in Troy, the new atrium would be a nice dining location near the center of campus.
