The idea of reparations to poor countries for climate change has gone over like a led balloon.

A few years ago, there was talk at the climate conferences about richer countries making climate reparation payments to poorer countries. Seems like that idea has been a non starter all along. In today's world even the regular foreign aid that richer countries were contributing to the world is being cut back.

The idea of reparations hasn't worked, but green technology continues to advance in both rich and poor countries.
